On Friday October 14th 2011, we welcomed in to school the Pearl of Africa Children's Choir from Uganda. The talented singers, dancers and drummers are some of the two million orphans in Uganda as a result of HIV/AIDs, disease and war. They are cared for in orphanages and schools built by the Molly and Paul Child Care Foundation. Priory pupils raised over £2000 to support the work of this charity. They performed at our Harvest Festival services and at an evening concert.
