The school uniform was changed in September 2010 and the revised uniform code can be found below.
The wearing of a school uniform means no pupil is set apart from the others. All students are equal and ranked equally in our pursuit of their academic and personal development. The uniform gives students a sense of pride in the school and themselves, encouraging self respect and discipline.

N.B. All students who are unable to participate for medical reasons are still required to bring their PE kit so they are prepared for other roles such as umpiring and coaching, they may be asked to carry out in lessons.
Please note: Those who have financial difficulties may apply to the Education Office for assistance in the purchase of school uniform.
SHOES: Trainers and trainer-type shoes are not considered suitable footwear for all day use, nor are fashion-type shoes.
TOP COATS: Top coats should be plain, smart and in keeping with the school uniform - grey/blue are recommended colours. Denim jackets are not allowed.
ARTICLES OF VALUE: The wearing of jewellery, apart from a watch, is not allowed for health and safety and security reasons.
HAIR/MAKE-UP: Extreme hairstyles and/or colours will not be allowed. Year 11 girls may wear make-up, at the discretion of their Head of Year.
All items of the school uniform (with the exception of the school tie and neck scarf) are available from Rawcliffes, Southport and Premier Sports, Ormskirk. The school tie and neck scarf can be bought directly from the school.
Those who have financial difficulties may apply to the Education Office for assistance in the purchase of the school uniform.
