This years annual Science Department photography
competition came to a close on Friday 11th July, during
science fortnight, when the competition was judged by
Simon Stacpoole, a local professional photographer,

Once again we had many entries and Simon was presented
with a formidable challenge to choose the winner and
runners up for each of the nine categories.

Format of competition:
We have an open section
for the landscape/plant/animal photos from around
the world, and a section for each
landscape/plant/animal category from the local area.
All years and staff are
encouraged to enter.
2 photos per person may
be entered in each category.
Prizes are awarded to the overall winner and runners
up in each category.
